CONTRACT FOR SALE
The advertising of products on this site is an "invitation to treat". This means that when you complete the order form on the website and indicate there the item(s) which you wish to order and at the same time you complete an authorisation for us to recover, through your debit or credit card, payments due to us then you are making an offer and as such this is not a contract of sale between you and Jenny M London Limited. This means that prices and availability of the item(s) won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'Confirmation of Dispatch' email from us. This email will confirm that your debit/credit card authorisation has been received and that stock levels of relevant item(s) of ready - to -wear are available and/or in the case of Made to Order item(s) that stock levels of the relevant fabrics and other requisites to complete the order have been confirmed.
For the avoidance of doubt, the 'order confirmation' that is sent out once you have placed the order is merely an acknowledgment of your offer and should not be taken to be an acceptance of that offer.
Please note: Only adults (persons aged 18 years and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contract.
All online orders will be charged in British Pounds Sterling (£) which includes the cost of packaging but not postage. Prices quoted on the website are indicative only and are subject to change without notice.
