CONTRACT FOR SALE

For the avoidance of doubt, the 'order confirmation' that is sent out once you have placed the order is merely an acknowledgment of your offer and should not be taken to be an acceptance of that offer.

PRICING
All online orders will be charged in British Pounds Sterling (£) which includes the cost of packaging but not postage. Prices quoted on the website are indicative only and are subject to change without notice.

RECEIPT OF ORDER
Jenny M. London Limited must receive payment in full before your order can be accepted. Once your debit/credit card payment has been authorised and stock levels checked, we will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this email as a receipt for your records.
If for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order request then your debit/ credit card will be refunded with the amount you have paid and we will send you an email to explain that this has happened. In no circumstances will Jenny M. London Limited be liable to you for any additional amounts.

CONDITION OF GOODS
Jenny M. London Limited makes every reasonable effort to package its products for delivery in order to ensure that your item(s) will arrive with you in excellent condition. If some reason they arrive with you in poor condition, you are to please notify us immediately by email at info@jennymlondon.com. Once the goods have been delivered risk for the item(s) passes to the recipient.
